1. The service
Boboyam Studio ("the Studio") is a private tool that helps the owner of the Boboyam channel produce short videos and publish them to the owner's own YouTube channel, Facebook Page and Instagram account. It is not offered to the public.
2. YouTube
The Studio uses the YouTube API Services. By using the Studio with a YouTube account, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service, and Google's Privacy Policy applies to data held by Google.
3. Your content and approval
You are responsible for the videos, titles and descriptions you approve, and for having the rights to all music, voices and footage they contain. The Studio never publishes anything without your approval.
4. Acceptable use
Do not use the Studio to publish content that breaks YouTube's Community Guidelines, infringes others' rights, or misleads viewers. AI-generated or altered content is disclosed as synthetic media when uploaded.
5. Privacy
How the Studio handles data is described in the Privacy Policy.
6. Revoking access
You can disconnect YouTube in the Studio's Settings, or revoke access at https://security.google.com/settings/security/permissions.
7. No warranty
The Studio is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, the owner is not liable for any loss arising from its use.
